Paul’s Market has an extensive menu of hot food available for in-store dining or to take home to the family. Our staff prepares a selection of entrees and sides daily. These items may include pork steak, beef brisket, ribs, chicken and other meats that are smoked in Ole Hickory, our 2,000 pound wood-burning barbecue pit. Classic cold sides like potato salad and coleslaw are available along with hot items like mashed potatoes, yams and dressing. We also proudly serve Chester’s Fried Chicken in a variety of sizes.
