Paul Crump opened Paul’s Market in Ferguson, Missouri on October 6, 1960. Dubbed “The Biggest Little Steak Store in St. Louis”, Paul’s Market began providing the surrounding community with the highest quality meat and grocery items available.
In 1977, Paul’s Market moved into a new building, constructed immediately behind its original location. Many loyal customers helped move the inventory to the new building overnight, allowing the move to take place without interrupting business.
Today, Paul’s Market continues to offer fresh, custom-cut USDA certified meats and boasts the largest variety of cuts in the St. Louis area. There’s also our large deli meat and cheese selection, grocery and fresh produce items. Our staff serves up freshly cooked brisket, burgers, chicken and other items daily from the wood-burning smokehouse located on site.
